HOW TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM PAYPAL ACCOUNT INTO YOUR UBA ACCOUNT OR MOBILE WALLET

To withdraw money from your PayPal account directly into your bank account here in

 Ghana is a little bit cumbersome and sometimes not possible. However, 

 I am going to show you the easiest way to do this.

NB: You must first open accounts with the following online payment merchants:

1. www.mpowerpayments.com

2. www.cofred.com

WITHDRAWAL THROUGH MPOWER PAYMENTS

•  Login to your MPower Payments account
•  Click on Receive Money
•  Click on PayPal Account
•  Fill in your own PayPal account details (i.e. your name as used on PayPal, your PayPal email address and the amount you want to request from your PayPal account)

• After filling in your details, click on Confirm Transaction
•  MPower will send a payment request to your email account. Login to your email account, click on the email received from MPower and proceed to your PayPal account and make the payment.The money will be sent to your MPower Payments account and you can cash out to your UBA Bank Account.

WITHDRAWAL THROUGH COFRED ACCOUNT

• Login to your Cofred Account.
• You will see 5 buttons at the top of your Cofred Account. Click on the second button. Check the screenshot below for the procedure.

•  Click on Request
•  Click on PayPal and fill in your own PayPal account details including the amount you want to withdraw
•  Click on Send Request to process the transaction
• Check your email account for a payment link from Cofred. Click on Pay Now and proceed to your PayPal account to complete the payment.
•  The money will be credited to your Cofred Account and you can withdraw the money from your Cofred Account through Mobile Money.

How To Create A verified PayPal Account In Ghana

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR OPENING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

1. UBA Africard (Visa)
2. First Name: Myfirstname
3. Last Name: Mysurname
4. Email Address: myemailaddress@gmail.com
5. Business Name: Forzes
6. Phone Number: 0123456789
7. Date of Birth: Month/Day/Year (06/28/1900)
8. Voter ID/Passport Number: 123456789
9. Billing Address: This is normally found on ur utility (light) bill, e.g. St1-Obuasi-BRAHABEBOME, OUBASI, BRAHABEBOME ASHANTI WEST, Obuasi, Ashanti Region
Since Ghana is not listed among the countries supported by PayPal, we will use a different country’s address. In this case, we will use Kenya. This won’t cause any trouble. TRUST ME!


If you want to avoid troubles, don’t login to your PayPal account on different devices and IPs. Always login with the same IP or device to avoid PayPal detecting you as a fraudster and placing limitations on your account. However, should something happens and PayPal attempts to limit your account, you can upload screenshot of your address as proof to them and they will lift the ban so please try and use a valid address when signing up account. Also, never use any proxy, maintain your Ghana IP address.

HOW TO CREATE A VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT In Ghana

1 . Sign Up with this PayPal address: www.payapl.com/ke

2. On the PayPal Homepage and Click Sign Up

3. Click Personal Account. Please, don’t click on Business Account at this stage. We shall do that later. I know what I’m saying so click on PERSONAL ACCOUNT

4.Provide your valid email address and password in the spaces provide. NB: Password must be a combination of Capital letters, small letters and numbers. (eg. ePaypal408).

5. Fill in your personal details after Activating the email PayPal sent to your inbox.

6.Where you are supposed to fill in your phone number, you will see MOBILE on the drop-down menu. Click on it and choose HOME. Maintain the country code and fill in the remaining 9 digits of your phone number. That is, if your phone number is 0123456789, just remove the 0 and put 123456789. Click Agree and Continue

7. Provide your UBA Africard information

8.On this page, just click on the PayPal Logo/Symbol at the top Left Hand Side. I am sorry it is not showing but you will see it

9.After clicking the PayPal Logo/Symbol, you will get to this page. Scroll down until you see Upgrade to a Business Account

10.Select: Upgrade to a Business Account

11.Fill in your Business Info. Postal Code (00233)

12.Provide More information about your business and click Continue

13.Submit your information

14. Click on Set Up Payment

15. Confirm your UBA Card. Look at the top right hand corner, where your Profile is and click on the symbol. NB: Make sure you have already confirmed your e-mail address

16.Please NOTE this carefully. Click on Link a new card and input your UBA card details AGAIN. Then click Continue. PayPal will immediately deduct $1.95 from your UBA account but it will be refunded after you confirm. Though you had already filled your UBA Card info, I repeat that you should click Link a new card to input them again, else you won’t receive the confirmation message and you can’t verify your account.

17. UBA will send you a code from PayPal so check your phone for an SMS from UBA. Provide the 4 numbers in the space provided on the next page.

18.You will receive an SMS alert from UBA so make sure the number you used to open UBA account is active. From the screenshot, you will see: DESC: PP*1565CODE

Copy the 4 numbers. NB: Numbers are not the same so don’t copy this. This is an example

Finally, input the 4 numbers you copied in the space provided. Hit Confirm Card, and yahhhooooooooo PayPal immediately refunds your money into your UBA account.

3. VPN is not good for carding now as most of the IP of vpn have been

15. Always Use Trusted drop of same country if you are carding a international Site. Because shipping to another country is always suspicious.

16. Always try to carding on Weekends as shops not able to contact and verify extra details from bank by calling them. You can also check closing time of bank and card after closing timing of bank.

19. One of my friend Using a new trick he calls from the mobile number of cc owner with Skype to the cc issuing bank that he is going to shop some goods and they should make the approval fast. I don't know the full trick and working on it you should also find your ways. If you succeed to convince cc issuing bank that you are original cc owner than you will rock with high amount purchase.

20. If you use the pp in carding then buy pp with email access and delete the order related emails from inbox and trash box of email.

Step: 18 Now click on view of index.htm it will look same as the Facebook page but it is now the original Facebook page. Copy the URL of the page and send it to you the victim. When he/she click on your URL your phishing page will show.

3. RPD - Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP): is a proprietary protocol developed by Microsoft,
 which provides a user with a graphical interface to connect to another computer over a network connection.The user employs RDP client software for this purpose, while the other computer must run RDP server software.Clients exist for most versions of Microsoft Windows (including Windows Mobile), Linux, Unix, Mac OS X, iOS, Android, and other modern operating systems.
RDP servers are built into Windows operating systems; an RDP server for Linux also exists. By default, the server listens on TCP port 3389. Microsoft currently refers to their official RDP server software as Remote Desktop Services, formerly "Terminal Services". Their official client software is currently referred to as Remote Desktop Connection, formerly "Terminal Services Client" You can connect to RPD by clicking on start menu - remote desktop connection - then type victims ip address. Example 74.7.42.89,click connect, now it will pop up screen asking for password and username which is in this case: User name: Shipping Password shipping. Now click OK, and you will get access to Remote Desktop Connection - which means you are connected to someone computer and you will buy stuff from victims computer. Not YOURS!

4. Socks 5: Socks 5 Socket Secure (SOCKS) is an Internet protocol that routes network packets between a client and server through a proxy server.  SOCKS 5 additionally provides authentication so only authorized users may access a server. Practically, a SOCKS server proxies TCP connections
to an arbitrary IP address, and provides a means for UDP packets to be forwarded. SOCKS performs at Layer 5 of the OSI model  (the layer, an intermediate layer between the presentation layer and the transport layer).You can get socks  for free ,or you can buy fresh which i recommend
 

Before we proceed lets learn how to user socks 5 in Mozilla Firefox.

How To Use Socks 5 In Carding?

Socks 5 are very easy to use via Mozilla Firefox. First open Mozilla Firefox.
Just follow this step in Firefox -
1. go to options >> advanced >> network >>connections >> settings.
2.Now the screen will pop up various options like :
1.No proxy; 2.Auto Detect; 3.Use system proxy; 4. Manual proxy configuration.

4. Manual proxy configuration. Now type in socks host IP you have collected from above mention sites. for example Socks Host: 75.119.127.189 Port: 1080.
3. Now press OK and you are connected to secure socks 5. I will explain more when we start carding.

or you can buy one from various cvv shops that can be find on internet.

 Some sites ask only for card numbers, exp date and cvv2.

Let’s say we want free phone like Samsung S6, IPHONE 6, etc...
First of all choose a online shopping website from your country. Why?
Because if you choose shopping site from another country,  either they will not be able to make delivery in your country
or they take up to 2 days for delivery. I hope you don’t want to wait a lot for your order. I leave this choice for you.
When you choose your site, find out which type of it is.

There are two types of shops, VBV and NON VBV:
VBV is a Verified by Visa, an online security system for credit card transactions. Which means you need to provide a card knowing a lot of victim credit card information such as DOB (date of birth), SSN (social security numbers), Secure password witch cc owner use for online purchase. You can check on shop is there a VBV VERIFIED BY VISA ICON on home page. NON VBV is not verified by visa card, you can buy anything with non vbv cards without going through 3d verification process.

Carding Tutorial

1. Connect to your vpn software and choose ip address of your victim's country.

2. Connect to RPD ( Remote Desktop connection), must be same country (IP), state as credit card holder's address .

3. Now from your RPD, connect to socks 5 via Mozilla Firefox, example 97.77.96.226 34539 United States, Must be same as your victim's address: COUNTRY, STATE, CITY!

4. When you done all that, create email with same name as credit card holder name, same address, same city, and everything. Or if you got email access that's would be a lot better.

5. Go to your website shop you want to card.

6. Register with credit card holder information, name, country, city, address, and email you made one just for this ORDER.

7. Add a shipping address, some sites don't allow to ship to different address but there is plenty of shops which do.Shipping address is where package will be delivered usually Carder called it Drop .
   Which means you provide your address, girlfriend address, friend address, to your drop etc.

8. Select product you want, and click on check out, now it will ask for you know, how you will pay. Choose credit card, and type victims credit card numbers and other information needed.

9. Click order now, and i am sure 100% they will confirm your order via email or you will get track your order on website, after pressing order.
(note that some sites need phone verification, but you can always buy phone number in internet or in real life , confirm your order, and destroy it after they ship your item)

10. Wait for order to arrive to your shipping address, I personally use . When they arrive they call me, and i can say different address where i want to pick up my order.
